Joco Construction has been providing quality general contracting service for commercial and industrial buildings since 1988. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded. We are proud of our reputation and protect it the only way we know how-- by providing quality workmanship and knowledgeable carpenters, and staying committed to our customers.

Joe Pizzo
Owner
Joe has been working for 45 years in all residential and commercial facets of construction. In this time he has gained invaluable experience in his field, putting him at the top of his game in Beaufort.
Jami Pizzo
Office Manager
Jami has worked at Joco Construction for 26 years. She has extensive experience and expertise in residential design, remodeling and additions of all sizes. She runs the office and also works with with all clients.
Adam Pizzo
Public Utility
Adam oversees our Public Utility division which encompasses site preparation and clearing, water and sewer infrastructure, grading roads and paving. Additionally we are also able to provide sewer lift and pump stations and storm drainage. Adam also has over 10 years of experience installing pools.

Safety
Safety is one of our most important concerns. We hold classes to ensure that our carpenters are held to the highest standards. Our carpenters are knowledgeable in state and local building codes and are proficient in safe working practices.
